At Kawaaii & Co., we understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel your order. To facilitate this process, we have outlined our cancellation policy to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for our customers.
Kawaaii & Co.-তে আমরা বুঝি যে কখনও কখনও আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করার প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। এই প্রক্রিয়াটি সহজ করার জন্য এবং আমাদের গ্রাহকদের জন্য স্বচ্ছতা ও ভালো অভিজ্ঞতা নিশ্চিত করতে আমরা আমাদের বাতিলকরণ নীতিমালা নিচে তুলে ধরেছি।
Cancellation Conditions / বাতিলের শর্তাবলী
Eligibility for Cancellation:- Orders can only be canceled if the product has not yet been dispatched for delivery.
- Once the order is in transit, cancellation will no longer be possible. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
বাতিল করার যোগ্যতা:- পণ্য ডেলিভারির জন্য পাঠানো না হলে শুধুমাত্র তখনই অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে।
- অর্ডার পাঠানোর পর তা বাতিল করা সম্ভব হবে না। অর্ডার পাঠানো হলে আপনাকে নোটিফিকেশন দেওয়া হবে।
Cancellation During Transit:- If you attempt to cancel an order while it is already in transit, the request will be treated as a return, and the return policy will apply.
পথে থাকা অবস্থায় বাতিল:- অর্ডার ডেলিভারির পথে থাকাকালীন বাতিলের চেষ্টা করলে তা রিটার্ন হিসেবে গণ্য হবে এবং রিটার্ন নীতি প্রযোজ্য হবে।
Refund for Cancellations:- If you cancel your order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed including delivery charges.
বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড:- ডিসপ্যাচের আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করলে ডেলিভারি চার্জসহ সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
Cancellation Request Process:- To initiate a cancellation, contact our Sales Team and provide a reason.
- Our team will process your request within 12–24 hours.
বাতিলের অনুরোধ প্রক্রিয়া:- বাতিলের জন্য আমাদের সেলস টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে কারণ জানাতে হবে।
- আমাদের টিম ১২–২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অনুরোধ প্রক্রিয়া করবে।
